Remove the spark plugs and put some upper cylinder lubricating oil or something of that nature, and with the plug out slowly turn the engine a couple of revolutions occasionally for a couple of days, Don't try to turn with the plugs in place, oil won't compress, and the rods may bend. After a couple of days the oil will probably all drain by the rings and valves then will not endanger the engine. You will probably need to change the oil anyway upon starting engine and it will smoke fiercely for a few minutes on startup.
