Ford 4400

I have been considering upgrading from my 8n to something bigger and newer. I was considering a ford 4000, but recently I have seen a pretty good deal (I think) on a ford 4400. Its 4 sale on e-bay and has a PTO, 3pt hitch, and a nice loader. Recent engine overhaul, tune up in fall. US$ 3700. My main question is whats the big difference between an ag tractor vs an industrial? I mainly want to use this as a utility tractor but would also like to bale some hay. 10-20 acres depending upon how ambitious I am. I appreciate any input/Doug, Ontario
