Cub LoBoy leaky carburetor problem

I have a 154 model that had a leaking
carburetor so I rebuilt it. After the leak
persisted I rechecked the float setting which
was correct. It still leaked out of the bottom. I
just installed a new Zenith carburetor and I
still have gas dripping out of the bottom and
the motor won't start probably because it's too
rich. What do I do now?
