My grandparents have an '89 F350 XLT Lariat 4x4. Has 186000+ miles. 460, auto. We've had problems with the 460, usually a good motor, we have the exception. It's on I think the third one. Just had the tranny rebuilt. Great truck. I have a 1995 F150 4x4 with a 302 and auto. 86,500 miles. Nothing wrong except the box is beginning to rust, and I think it should have dual exhaust. Sounds like too much to me without seeing it. Probably a good truck, heck it's a Ford, it's a good truck :) The miles is what scares me, also should consider the investment in all the new/rebuilt stuff. May be a bargin that way.
