I use low cost ($10 color $9 black) new generic cartridges. I have used these things for years without a problem,,and with the low price I feel no need to mess with trying to refill a used cartridge. Check one of the online printer cartridge outfits to see which model/brand printers use the low cost cartridges. Ink cartridge cost was a big factor in choosing the Epson CX 3200 all in one printer/copyer/scanner I use.
