Thanks for your reply. And you are right. I did leave the fuel shut off switch in the open position. I didn"t run it very long, hope I have done little damage. I"ll drain the oil pan and change oil and see what happens. I was concerned that I had jammed snow and ice up the exhaust pipe and caused a valve seat to blow. Is that possible?
