I just went through this nightmare this year. Get price quotes until you hear back from company X company Y's prices have just jumped what a problem half of them must not need the work as they don't call back,most have people giving quotes who know nothing about buildings. Wish I had unlimited funds it would of made it a whole lot easier.
One thing I did on this building is to insulate it with R19 in the walls and R30 in the ceiling and put in a white steel liner panel. So far this seems like a good way to go.
