yeah man, 7.4L equlas a 454ci powerplant. very respected by all Chevy/GMC fans. 122000 miles, not bad at all lots of life left in that truck. my uncle had a truck with a 5.3 that had over 250,000 miles on it and it was only a 1990 model, it would still burn a tire every now and again! but over all sounds like a good buy. What year is it, dual rear tires or no, 4x4 or not, what will it be used for, ect. take all these things into consideration before buying. Merry Christmas! Jake H
