yeah man, 7.4L equlas a 454ci powerplant. very respected by all Chevy/GMC fans. 122000 miles, not bad at all lots of life left in that truck. my uncle had a truck with a 5.3 that had over 250,000 miles on it and it was only a 1990 model, it would still burn a tire every now and again! but over all sounds like a good buy. What year is it, dual rear tires or no, 4x4 or not, what will it be used for, ect. take all these things into consideration before buying.
