Computer Varmit

Guys, anyone else having a problem with a puter varmit called "Med Network"? This sucker takes over my computer almost every weekend. My computer has all the bells and whistles, it has all updates, and yet this "med network" takes over almost every weekend. it becomes my home page, and it takes my favorites like YT Mag. The SUCKER will not let me use my computer. Then monday morning along about 8 a.m. everything is fine. It will work like a champ untill next weekend. And sometimes it will skip a weekend and let me use my computer. If anyone has any ideas about how to kill this varmit, I sure would be much obliged.
