An interesting dilema with the officer. What if
you had broken through & been hurt -if I were
the officer that would bother me that I had
done nothing to prevent it, but some people
don't think like me.

You aren't blaming the officer for the ticket as
some seem to think, you are questioning an
officer of the peace's responsiblitity to protect
people from harm vs their responsibility to
write tickets.....
