We just had a truck driver from Canada Hit a legal clearnce bridge of 13.6 ft. with a over high load. It was a old R>R> bridge converted to a snowmobile -4 wheeler trail. Guess the convey decided to take a short cut on regular 2 lane road. they wrote a ticket for over height, over wide, over lenght and 46000# over weight for being on that road without proper permits, guess to save about 20 road miles to stay on a 4 lane whiich I would suppose their permit was for.. They were hauling the base tower for the big wind generaters.
