As I remember, you gave chase, and didn't catch the culprit - and the local enforcement agency showed little interest until you went to the media, right? How did things progress from there? Did the cops find him? Did they even try? Have you had any more trouble with him? I suspect your giving chase scared him off, and he's looking for greener pastures elswhere! Updates????
