Need help identifying a tractor

I know very little about tractors. I need to know where to look for the model numbers or whatever identification it has so I can order a parts for it, like general consumables, plugs wires ignition parts etc. It is a 1954 Ford, 4 cylinder 4 speed gas tractor. Thats all I know, and I cant ask my pop in law (its his)cause its for Christmas. Anybody got any info, or was there a bunch of different ones made then. Thanks
