Used Bulldozers: What does Undercarraige mean?

A quick question: Whenever I see used bulldozers for sale, every ad seems to mention "Undercarraige 70%, or undercarraige 60%, or some percentage thereof. What exactly does undercarraige refer to, and what does 60% mean?, That 60% of the steel that makes up the underside of the dozer has been abraded away?
