Info on Steering Clutches for JD 440 Crawler Tractor

I have a John Deere-Lanz 440 Crawler maunfactured in manheim Germany around 1960 with Perkins 3 cylinder, which has a problem with l/h steering clutch.

The problem is that the LH clutch won't release despite checking adjustments as per owners manual.
Next step is to strip down.

Can anybody help me with the following;

1) Details on how to strip steering clutch down.
2) Specifications on the fibre clutches ie size thickness.
3) Specifications on the pressure plate. ie spring pressure, etc so that I can get it rebuilt.

Alternatively does anybody know of a spare parts supplier for this Crawler in Australia?
