I have about 20 acres, and I have used my B-414
it has done everything I needed. It is a gas engine model. 3pt, power steering, dual stage clucth enabling live PTO, 8 speed transmission with 2 reverse speeds and diff lock. I use a 7ft buhler finising mower on it and a 7ft Lorenze snow blower. I am selling this one, if your interested contact me via email.
