While I respect your view of the ACLU, I checked out the ACLJ. I'm a bit circumspect about an organization founded by Pat Robertson. You can't tell me that there's no bias behind what they're doing--no matter what you call it. From their views on abortion and stem cell research to gay rights, they're looking for ways to amend the Constitution towards their view of God-ordained rules, thus excluding many. The ACLU wants to level the playing field; they don't deny that God exists, but wants to level the playing field so that our country is inclusive, not exclusive. And as for Boy Scouts, if you take government money or use government facilities, then you're subject to accountability for discrimination. Pure and simple. You simply cannot say "well we're going to discriminate here" and then turn around and look for donations, hand-outs, etc. from government sources and the public sector.
