That is realy unfair big time! You can plan for some problems and slow times but how in the world do you prepare for that?? It seems they just love to stick it to anyone tring to get ahead. If you don't care about your place they don't tax you and you still get to use all the things taxes pay for plus more! Mark H.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
