It is a great idea and I know how you feel about
wanting to do something you passionately enjoy.
I have some experience running a business, and
one of the best pieces of advice I can give you
is to diversify. You can do this in many ways,
but the idea is to have ways of generating revenue
to back up other parts of your operation. For
example, you could simply sell salvage parts
on e-bay or start up a parts business. These
are the most obvious of ways and I am sure you
can use your imagination. I am in no way an expert, but these days it takes a lot of creativity to stay in business.
