Two things that I consider valuable for any tractor repair service: (1) pickup & delivery - not everyone has the ability to trailer their tractor to the shop. If you could pick up the ailing tractor & then deliver it back when it's fixed, that would be great. (2) a field service unit. If you could make "house calls" there would be a great demand for that, I would think. Carl S.
