Hey there neat picture Allen. Dad had the older model with the round pipe arms. He upgraded all the pulleys and cable to 5/8" cable and put a two spool Gresen valve on instead of the old rotary/push-pull type. Last tractor we had under it was a SMTA Diesel and in good hay we could buck in 2000 bales a day. Thats building a stack right in the fields. We carried fresh packings for the main lift rams and could repack a ram in the field in no time at all. When you got good you could scoop up a bale and flip it up on top of the others and sometimes bring in up to 16 bales at a time, average was 12 to 14. We did a lot of custom stacking after we got our hay up. That sure brings back some old memories.
