Good Idea! I have used chains to stop some of the swinging befor but it did not stop it from swinging forward. A couple of stiff legs would work much better. I worked 12 hours in a small bucket 185 ft off the ground on the speed ball. It was a Sunnin Crane and it moved around a lot when the wind blew. I thought it was going to tip once when it was allmost straite up and a big gust came by! OSHA would not let you do it that way now this was in the 1970s putting lights on a Tall Smoke Stack. Mark H.
