Here"s your answer. First don"t think I know this, I called my sister who is uppity. I buy wine that is for sale 3 bottles for $5. Like Boones Farm or MD 20/20. Cabernet: Braised, roasted, or grilled lamb or roast beef, and chocolate desserts.
Shiraz: Strong meats. (I never even heard of this)
Sauvignon: chicken, duck, pheasant, fish, seafood, pasta.
