help,broke bro in law's auger wagon

was helping B.I.Law haul in and sheared something off above the gearbox on a Bradford 542?? The bolt that comes thru the auger shaft looks to be 5/8" or 3/4" and the input shaft is only @1" in dia. gearbox does turn the output shaft that goes thru into the auger so hoping didn't hurt nothin in there. anybody had one of these apart, I cant tell a thing with corn raining out on my head when you open the trap. thanks in advance. fred
