Price of 300u

I am looking at buying a 300-340 utility. I have found a 300, 330, and 340 all w/ loaders. The 300 comes w/ a Westendorf WL 21 QA, JD 272 finish mower, disk, blade, chains and manuals for $5500 obo. The 330 comes with only a loader and not sure what kind for $4500. The 340 also not known what kind of loader for $3700. Seller says TA and powersteering are good and paint still good on th 300. To me the 300 would be the smart buy w/ all the goodies that come with it. I am going to look at them this weekend any suggestions?
