The Sherman Hi Low tranny is a great add on for the NAA, but you will need to fix your NAA tranny too. The Sherman uses the original tranny and adds a High and Low gear range to it, so you get 12 speeds instead of 4. To install it, you remove the input shaft that sticks in the pressure plate and clutch disc, and replace that with the Sherman. Of course you gotta split the tractor to do this... John Smith's site has some good stuff on installing the Sherman. Ramrod
