Well, after what I've been through, nothing short of pulling the plug would make it run slower.

The Mc seems to be ok although I have an update alert show up on the screen and it doesn't recognize my email address as being the person who registered the SW initially so therefore won't download it. I checked the address and it's correct. Finding out their service stinks. Only way to communicate is email and that's whenever your next, unless you want to cough up a pocket full of 100's and call them.
