tractor recomendations?

I need a tractor for general homestead stuff and snow removal, maybe a small loader, something versatile. I"m leaning towards an 8n, partly because they seem to have endless supply of parts, thats important to me. I"d like to get my foot in the door for $2000, only want to do this once so I could spend more if it was going to be that benificial (i.e. power steering?). What others do you recomend?

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
