Why was your roller paint tube okay for priming but not for regular paint? Last time I painted indoors I used a Wagner Paint Mate that dispenses paint from the roller's handle, worked okay for me. Definately faster than having to dip a plain roller in paint so often. Only drawback is cleaning it, so you want to do a lot when you get it dirty.
