You probably lost the prime in the lines to the pump. It happens to my 300U occasionally. What I do is remove the seat cushion, unscrew the reservoir vent then using a rubber tipped air gun I pressurize the reservoir to about 5 psi with the engine running. You can hear when the pump starts working again, as it loads the engine. Replace the vent, replace the seat cushion and you're good to go.
