Doesn't california already have emission limits on new lawn and garden, landscape equipment? Emission laws supposedly main reason for new Briggs, Tec, Koler OHV engines with non adjustable carburators? High sulfur diesel fuel for off road use only now being phased out also? Kabuta advertiseing new tractors as passing California standards? RN.
