Thats the ways it goes I used to run a delivery route about 300 miles long at night.from cent ILL to Quincy IL just driving thru pike and adams countys I nailed 24 deer one fall during rut , got to know troopers on a first name basis. but the states need to issue more permits and have doe only seasons for a couple of years to thin them out
