Allan, I have that same setup on my 300.. adjustable flow control valve and all. I checked with several sources- that is the correct flow control(with a built in pressure relief valve) An old IH mechanic told me you can get a fixed flow control valve which does the same thing. I think he said the flow to the charlynn torque generator was 2 gals/min- which worked well. It is my understanding a lot of these charlynn powersteering setups that were sold back in the day ran off of a separate hydraulic pump... I guess now we know why. The saginaw 3-point on my 300 is slow too, due to the powersteering. Anyway, I can live with it- which is better than no powersteering..
