Well this is a rough one. I guess I would say go with the past dealings. Is he taking good care of the equipment? Did he bale nice hay? Does he clean up around the place? Or is he in it just for a dollar? Yes if he is overworked and not doing good with the weather, I can understand not making the hay, BUT MAYBE HE SOULD HAVE TOLD YOU BEFORE THIS ??? Have a Good One !!
