Mine works great. I found what would be an antique one that is for standard ptos.
The down side; if you are splitting by your self you have to get to the tractor to shut it down if something jams. If you try to split something too knotty it will screw up on it and you will have to saw it off. I bent the shaft on mine because of the above reasons.
The up side is the whole thing is just a chunk of iron. Easy to fix anything.
Mine is a 3 point with a stand.
If I get a chance I'll post a picture.
