We have a Belsaw sawmill built on a channel iron frame, so it is portable and we use it at home and show it at several shows in SW Ohio. It can run with a PTO shaft or flat belt, which is what we use at the shows.
Belsaws are fairly common, and they are pretty simple to build and use. The place to find one would be The Sawmill Exchange on the internet. Shouldnt be too hard to find them.
A W4 might be a little shy of power with a bigger blade. Make sure the pulley is sized right to get your blade speed appropriate, usually 600 RPMs.
