Check out this website: http://www.montesequipment.com/ They have continental engine parts and other stuff. Silver King tractors used Continental F162 engines starting, I believe, with 1942. They were also used in forklifts and various other tractors. I have found some parts on ebay including new main bearings and two gasket sets for next to nothing. A new manifold recently sold on ebay as well.
