The manual that I have shows the 4000 came
with 12" rims as standard ( 11" were
optional )
The flat plate wheels are "power adjust" style.
New 12" X 28 power adjust are available
from "Gempler's" 1 800 382 8473 ( I can't
post a link ) and maybe other places.
