It doesn't seem to take much to mess things up big time. Just last week in Sioux Falls, they were installing fiber optic lines into the newspaper offices downtown, and cut a 9700 pair telephone cable. They are still working on it...even had to call crews down from North Dakota to help. There they were kind enough to offer telephone and internet connections to anybody that needed it...at the phone company office! That would be pretty handy wouldn't it?
