Yeah, I AM in the wrong trade! Me, it's just me and my trainee alone on nights. When we need help, we're pretty much on our own, short of a catastrophic failure. But yeah, day shift is just about like you say. One worker and 6 supervisors, then a superintendant to tell the worker everything he did wrong and how many safety rules he violated. Then when a commendation comes in from a customer for us doing a good job, it's the superintendant that gets the recognition. We get told to bend over and grab the soap.
