If the light went out and no one was there to see it,did it really go out? And if no one saw it go out,then it may not be out and may not need to be replaced.
and if no one saw it being replaced,was it really ever replaced,because no one ever saw that it was out,so it may not have needed to be replaced,and never was out. How many people does it take to not replace a light that was never out?
