For field working, are brighter than the normal sealed beams any advantage? I rarely work at more than 4 MPH, road speed is not more than 16 MPH for me. The sealed beams have been sufficient for those applications. My old 6 volt tractors with the 1133 bulbs do seem a bit dim by comparison. But stronger lights would require changing to 12 volts and some folks view that dimly- pardon the pun.
