I have one I copied from a an old timer. He welded round stock in a ring around the pin. It acts like a steering wheel of sorts. Been wanting to do the others but have not made time for it.

Added benefit is when needed you can really "heave-ho" on that thing when it gets stuck or you're doing some final adjustments in the field. Also, assuming your rig is shutdown while in the field you can adjust reach back and adjust from tractor seat.
