First Tractor purchase advise

Hello,
I'm looking to buy a tractor for a block of land I've just bought, 50acres. It'll need to be reasonably cheap, hence older model, Diesel, and will be used to mow, cultivate and spray between vineyard rows so not too big , probably 35 - 55 Hp?... was thinking Massey Ferguson 35X, Ford 3000D... but there are a couple of David Brown 990's nearby and some Fiats... of which I know nothing about.

Any advice out there?
