Ford Truck

I bought the F-350 Super Duty with the 7.3 engine.
Its a 1999 with 9,665 miles actual. (I knew the man now deceased). I don't think he ever changed the oil and that is my first item to do. It will always be garaged in the winter and I am wondering what oil you fellows would recomend for Dec. thru Jan. in Michigan and Feb. thru. April in the south?
