If they have been sitting on his property for yours and the old bat has never paid him storage or called him to remind her they were hers. Then he can claim assumed ownership. In ILL were I live I legaly took 3lots from a family I mowed these lots for 7 years and not once did they say a word or protest after that long I claimed them under the assumed ownership law they were P.O ed but tuff I got them fair and square.
