I too, am waiting for an answer specific to the 310. Mine is Ok whn moving or with bush hog on back. With a loader--forget it. I would like to know if this is the way it is, or if some thing inside is worn out.
The levers? one up front on right is a 3 speed shifter. Some don't have it. Up front of your left foot is transmisson clutch--lets PTO keep running when you stop. One of the nicest tractor made, but for loader---I don't think so.
