Since you are going with foundation and concrete floor I would do this as a monolithic pour and stick build the building with 2x4 stud walls. The wood siding is going to require framing to hold it so you may as well use it for the structural frame. I would suggest that you consider 24' as a width as the typical 24'yard truss may be cheaper than a custom 20' truss. Check with your building supplier on truss cost. Above the trusses it is a toss up for metal vs. asphalt roofing but my preference for a shop would be an asphalt shingle roof as it is easier insulated and generates less consensation for a shop.
