I lived in the Northwest in the seventies. Salmon fishing was good. Because of some decisions made by Juudges "The Goverment" salmon fishing went down hill fast. In all honesty I feel the sportsmen of that area deserve the greatest majority of credit for the restoration of salmon fishing.
