Cheating the Dyno

O.K. so I was at a couple tractor pulls in the last two weeks and I have been noticing some foul play, a lot actually. There are people that are running in the stock farm class with there old Farmall M's and John Deere A's. It is obvious that they are pushing over 100hp and yet when they go to the dyno it tests out at 40 or 44 like it should. How do they cheat the dyno? I even heard one guy laughing about it after the pulls where he has 130 horse in his motor, yet the dyno only found 44hp. How do they do that? Just a curious looker on.
